well, my shoulder is still very sore, it comes and goes but I started going to classes again this week.
I have been afraid to do the strength training as of yet, but that will start again on Monday.
I wish that healthy food was not so expensive! I eat cheap so I eat what maybe I should not . Oh well more reasons to keep working out I guess.
Went for Xrays and I should find out on Sunday what they said about the shoulder.
I have to admit I am a little worried as I dont want to have to have surgery or anything silly.
did Yoga at home. lol felt silly
